O-Agent is a web application operated by O-Agent Co., Ltd. This policy explains how the O Agent TikTok developer integration uses TikTok API for Business and Marketing API data for company-owned or explicitly authorized advertising account reporting and internal business operations.

Data We Process

When an authorized TikTok advertiser account is connected to O Agent, the system may process advertiser IDs, campaign IDs, ad group IDs, campaign and ad group names, status, budgets, spend, impressions, clicks, conversion and ROAS metrics, TikTok Shop campaign references, authorization status, access tokens, refresh tokens, selected scopes, webhook event identifiers, and API request or delivery errors.

How We Use Data

  • Review campaign performance for owned or authorized ad accounts.
  • Monitor advertising spend, budgets, ROAS, and pacing.
  • Match TikTok advertising activity with internal business operations.
  • Route operational alerts and API errors to authorized internal operators.
  • Maintain audit logs for access, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Data Sharing

We do not sell TikTok data, provide a public SaaS product, operate a third-party client dashboard, or share TikTok account data with unauthorized parties. Access is restricted to authorized O-Agent operators and account owners who approve the connection.

Retention and Security

TikTok authorization records, tokens, and reporting workflow logs are retained only as needed to operate the approved integration, troubleshoot API requests, and meet operational review needs. Credentials are stored in restricted systems and are not exposed in public pages.

Connected TikTok data is used only for campaign reporting, spend review, budget pacing, operational troubleshooting, and audit logs. Access is limited by role and is not used to create a public data product.

User Control

Authorized account owners may revoke TikTok access from TikTok business account settings or request removal of stored TikTok integration records by contacting us.
