Authorized TikTok Business Use

O Agent is a web application operated by O-Agent Co., Ltd. The TikTok developer integration uses TikTok API for Business and Marketing API only for company-owned or explicitly authorized advertising account reporting and internal business operations.

Authorized Access

Users may access this system only when they are authorized by O-Agent Co., Ltd. or the relevant TikTok advertiser account owner. Users must not share credentials, tokens, campaign data, reporting exports, or account data with unauthorized parties.

Permitted Use

• Review TikTok Ads campaign performance for authorized accounts.
• Monitor spend, budget pacing, ROAS, and operational performance.
• Match advertising activity with O-Agent internal business records.
• Review API status, webhook events, and integration errors.
• Use connected TikTok account data only for the approved internal workflow.

Prohibited Use

The system may not be used for resale of TikTok data, unauthorized third-party reporting, impersonation, credential sharing, public SaaS access, unauthorized account access, or any use that violates TikTok for Business policies or applicable law.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that any advertiser account connected to O Agent is owned by O-Agent Co., Ltd. or explicitly authorized for O-Agent business operations. O-Agent Co., Ltd. may restrict access to the integration if misuse is detected.
